PROJECT CONCEPT
The Lone Star Brewery is an infill adaptive reuse mixed-use masterplan located on the San Antonio River in downtown San Antonio, Texas.  Upon completion, the Project will consist of 180 for sale residential condominiums, multi-family rental units, and commercial/retail directly abutting the renowned River Walk./ River Park and the new extension of the Mission Trail.  A majority of Phase 1 will be built in the historic 1951 vintage Lone Star Brewery complex.  The project’s architectural theme will predominantly utilize Texas Modernist & industrial motifs.
