PROJECT CONCEPT
Fort Pointe is a 250 unit detached residential project, on 285 acres, that has been developed by UPB & B. Knightly Development & Construction in the City of Warrenton, OR. B. Knightly is the fee owner of the site. The project is approved for 10,000 square foot minimum lots, 200 acres of open space. It will have one fully improved park and a series of multi-purpose hiking trails that lace throughout, following along natural greenscaped swales and creeks. Homes are projected to average 2,200 square feet in size, and to be priced in the mid-$200,000 range. The project was fully approved in August 2006. B. Knightly will be constructing said project and expects construction to commence by December 2007.
