PROJECT CONCEPT
The Brookhurst Triangle project is a new mixed-use redevelopment
proposal, blending market-rate for-sale residential
loft-style units with flexible ground floor commercial
space. Using smart growth principles, Brookhurst Triangle
is designed as a new signature community in the heart
of Garden Grove that creates a vibrant downtown experience
combining new retail and market-rate housing opportunities
into a pedestrian-friendly, urban shopping village.
The plan is a mixed-use development with approximately
40,000 square feet of retail space, and 750 market-rate
residential units, including two high-rise condominium
towers, lofts, townhomes, apartments, and live-work
units. The project features a variety of architectural
themes and styles, with colors, materials and textures
consistent with surrounding elements of the Garden Grove
Community.
