PROJECT CONCEPT
The Brockman Building Lofts is a 80-unit adaptive reuse
residential loft project located on the corner of 7th
and Grand Avenues, within an existing vacant 12 story
1920’s vintage Beau Arts building in the Financial
Core of Downtown Los Angeles, CA. This project is a
prime example of the growing trend in adaptive reuse
of underutilized building stock to residential lofts
in the urban core areas of Southern California. Said
lofts will range in size from 850 square feet to 2300
square feet, with pricing projected to start in the
mid $300,000 range. Seismic retrofitting and working
drawings are under production, and construction is projected
to be completed in Fall, 2006.
